Christmas Eve Talent Show

We are going to be famous! Jarom and I had to come up with a talent for my sister's family talent show. So we googled talent cause we don't have any. That night we went out and bought glow sticks and copied moves from Napoleon Dynamite...and BAM...our talent was born!!! 2 hours later we realized we are going to be very embarrassed. Jarom text me at the gym the next day saying that he was backing out. He was joking. The only reason we were willing to dance is because it was in the dark. It was really dark. In the end we forgot our awesome moves but whatever...it was a blast.

Christmas

Little Autumn with her Christmas gift from her Grandma.
My new 72 hour backpack. I told Jarom I might stand out in an emergency situation and have to put mud on it... like on TV. I do really like it. Jarom's mom gave us a lot of things to put in it. I am also wearing my new shoes from Kelli and my pink ear muffs for shooting. We had so much fun opening gifts from everyone. We had a great Christmas and hope everyone did too.

Christmas Eve

This is Camie my niece. I made her take a picture with me. Stephenie, my sister, invited Jarom and I over for Christmas Eve. So glad she did cause it was fun to spend Christmas with family.
Jarom holding Gavin. He had to rescue him from a very loving sister. Just kidding he did want to be held so Jarom did just that.

Stephenie's family in their pj's.
Jarom and I didn't know if we would be getting pj's this years so we bought each other a pair. I designed Jarom's shirt. I'll explain. It says "CAUTION I was almost a green belt". If you know anything about karate, the belts go white then yellow and then green among many others. Jarom only made it to yellow belt cause he forgot to practice his moves and learn them so he could advance to green belt. According to Jarom's cousins, they where very afraid of Jarom and didn't want to make him mad cause he knew karate. Jarom and I sometimes joke that he was almost a green belt so WATCH OUT!!

2nd Christmas Eve...we had no idea

After we left Stephenie's we came home and ate 2nd dinner. Believe me I wasn't hungry. I ate a ton of potato soup. Jarom felt we needed to keep the eating pizza on Christmas Eve tradition alive. I did find room to fit in two slices. After we ate we opened Jarom's mom's gift. Inside like Jarom predicted were pj's!!!! ALSO she sent us the book "The Night Before Christmas" with her reading it!! We had so much fun listening to her read to us, keeping her Christmas Eve tradition alive. It was a perfect way to set the scene for Christmas day.

Gingerbread House

My sister invited Jarom and I over to make gingerbread houses. She made the dough and cut out the house and got it all frosted together before we had even arrived. Our job was to bring candy and make the best house. Which I thing we did! Okay maybe I'm in denial. The other houses were pretty cool. I am sure if Jarom hadn't of been involved my house would have looked more like a Halloween haunted mansion. He wanted it to look nice. Thanks Jarom for making our house look so good. The first thing Jarom did do when we got to my sister's house was try to eat the door. She and I both wouldn't let him. The door was eaten as soon as we got home. It was so fun to make a real gingerbread house. Stephenie's house did smell pretty good too! I really enjoy getting to spend time with my nieces and nephews.
I like my melted snowman in my backyard. Every once in a while I get a good idea.

Fiesta Texas

I took these pictures from sister's blog. We didn't take any while we visited her in San Antonio. It was a quick trip. Dorias isn't in this picture but she was with us. We all rode all the roller coasters and it was so much fun. We had to leave sooner than expected cause Matthew was dressed for summer. Actually we were all so cold.
It was awesome to see all the lights and hear the Christmas muscic. Matthew and I did get a little too crazy for Jarom when we started dancing to Mannheim Steamroller. We will have to go again.
