So I flew to Salt Lake City for the 4th of July to see some family. As my 1 carry-on went through the x-ray belt they immediately stopped it and stared for a minuet. I am hoping it isn't my bag. Then a security guy came and looked. They confiscated my bag and pulled me to the side. My heart started to race. The guy told me not to reach toward him at any time as he looked through my suitcase. He called a "code T" or something and more men came. I was about to panic. I am thinking for sure I will get my first rectal exam. I asked what was going on and he stated "you have a bullet in your bag". I about died. I asked if he was sure. I freaked out. He looked for a while. They said some stuff to each other and then I was escorted out of security and told to dispose of the bullet. I was warned to never do it again or I will really get it. I went through security again and made it though successfully the 2nd time. Ahhh!! I can't believe that. Thanks Jarom!

hehehe, it was funny. i think id freak too though. so were you borrowing one of jaroms old bags? or did he sneak it in there on ya? was it a solo trip?

Bonnie, I found your blog through Kelli and all I have to say is that is a hilarious story! I can't believe that you got off that easy and that all they did was kinda warn you. I guess it helps that it was only a bullet. It's not much good by itself. However, I like you would have been terrified. I can't believe you were in SLC and I didn't even know!
Jordan told me about that on Friday (he was working with Jay that day)That is insane! I would have been so freaked out!
